Who we are
This website is operated by Feria Information Systems (FIS) ("we", "us"), a software company registered in Ghana (Business Registration BN771590626), with its registered address at EN-005-6138, Koforidua, Eastern Region, Ghana. FIS is the data controller for personal data handled through this website.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the corporate website at feriainfosys.com only. Our products have their own privacy policies, which govern the data those products process:
- FINDR (app and findrgh.com): see the FINDR Privacy Policy.
- FINDR ERP and FINDR Business: governed by the agreements and policies provided within those services.
- AseyeHealth: will publish its own policy when it launches publicly.
What this website collects
Very little. This is a static informational website. It does not require an account, does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not include tracking pixels. We do not sell personal data.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. These are retained per Netlify's policies and are not used by us to identify visitors.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data needed to serve the font files.
- Messages you send us. If you email info@feriainfosys.com, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and content you choose to share. We use them only to respond to you and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.
Legal basis and your rights
We process the limited data above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to info@feriainfosys.com.
Children
This website is general corporate information and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's data through it.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
